Over the weekend, I participated in Beauty Escape's "Ultimate Girls Day Out" event at the Loew's Atlanta Hotel in the heart of Midtown. Ladies were able to come to me for consultations, tips and tricks and then visit other vendors such for massages, reflexology, skincare and shopping. Who doesn't love that?! Check out Lace On-Locations spread at this little shindig.
Not a shabby view from my makeup station. I love Atlanta.
Everywhere you turned, there were artists popping out faces left and right which made everyone at this event look fab-u-lous!
Of course, I couldn't leave this fine establishment without striking a pose in front of the step and repeat.
Here is a picture taken by ATL Red Carpet of myself (left) and makeup artist Sarah Horowitz (right) who was the cute little nugget sharing a table with me.
I look forward to working this event again soon! Always keep an eye on our blog to see what and where the next great event will be.

Beauty products can get very expensive yet they are necessary if you want healthy, glowing skin. I have found some fantastic DIY skincare solutions that will not break the bank while giving you the results you have been looking for!
Avocado and Honey Face Mask
Mash 1 ripe avocado with 2 TBSP honey. Apply liberally to skin and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. Apply two cool cucumber slices to eyes, which help reduce redness and puffiness, if desired.
Use whenever you feel your skin is in need of replenishment and moisturization.
Relief for puffy Eyes
Place tea bags (caffeinated) that have soaked in water onto your eyes.
Lemon Yogurt Peel
To create a gentle exfoliating mask, you’ll need to mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best), 1/4 cup of plain yogurt (I use Greek yogurt), and about 1 tablespoon of honey. Yogurt combined with honey makes a great gentle antibacterial cleanser. Mix until evenly blended and then apply to skin. Leave it on for 10 minutes, and rinse with warm water.

Hello Beauties! After a long weekend of traveling, rainy weather, being sick, work and apparently more hormones than I know what to do with, my skin has been going CRAZY. Luckily, I have a few tricks that I always pull out of my sleeve for just this situation. I know many of you go through the same thing from time to time so I wanted to share my tricks with you so that your bad skin day wont keep you down. 1. Pur Minerals Mineral Mud Mask
This mask is serious. It has the ingredient Pascalite which sucks all of the impurities out of your skin without it all coming to a head. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product.
This invigorating cleanser kills bacteria in the skin and feels amazing! 3. Water!!!!
When my skin looks bad I drink as much water as possible. It makes me feel great and my skin looks more radiant. 4. Multivitamin
Your skin cannot look good unless you are taking care of yourself on the inside first. Literally after a couple of days of taking my multivitamin, my skin looks so much better! Not to mention, I feel great when I take it. When you feel good, you look good. Take these tips and get your skin back to its radiant self! xoxo
